The Navycross® system is designed for fire-rated penetration sealing of electrical cables, bundled, and single pipes in both deck and bulkhead configurations, ensuring Class A0 and A60 fire resistance along with watertight properties.
This practical, versatile, and functional system offers significant savings in both cost and space. Furthermore, where required, it can be applied from a single side, allowing for subsequent operational modifications without damaging any cables or pipes installed within the penetration.
Application Features
- Use of special containment modules consisting of metallic clips.
- Use of filling modules consisting of mineral wool panels.
- Maximum opening dimensions: 500×250 mm.
- Minimum dimensions: no restriction.
- Minimum thickness of Navycross® water-based mastic: 10 mm.
